Dr. DiCarlo received his bachelors cum laude biology with a minor in chemistry and bio chemistry from James Madison University in Harrisonburg Virginia. He attended Eastern Virginia Medical school and completed the medical doctorate program in 2005 before moving on to an internship year at Carilion health in Roanoke Virginia. Next he attended Medical College of Georgia for radiology residency followed by MRI fellowship in Hartford Connecticut at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Dr. DiCarlo worked one year in Spokane Washington as The Medical Director of Rockwood clinic before moving to the wonderful roaring fork valley in 2012. Dr. DiCarlo has been the Radiology Medical Director and Lead Mammographer at Pioneers medical center, Grand River health and Valley View Hospital since 2017. Dr. DiCarlo became President of Mountain Radiology in 2017 and has been sharing the position as co-president with Dr. Weathers since 2020. Dr. DiCarlo enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, frisbee golf and ball golf when he’s not spending time with his family.
